I’m Caroline, a certified integrative nutrition health coach and the founder of Serenity Health. I support women who want to feel better in their bodies without restriction or extremes.
I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20s, and given almost no real guidance at all. Like many women, I spent years navigating conflicting wellness advice and approaches that didn’t account for the complexities of PCOS or real-life demands, and a lot of figuring things out the hard way on my own. I was exhausted, frustrated, and felt completely disconnected from my own body.
Eventually, I found what worked — not through restriction or extremes, but by truly understanding my hormones, nourishing my body the right way, and building habits that fit my real life. Over time, I lost 30 lbs, cleared the debilitating hormonal acne I’d struggled with for years, and got pregnant naturally with my beautiful baby girl. This journey is what led me to become a certified nutrition health coach five years ago—because I didn’t want other women to spend years lost the way I did.
My work is rooted in the belief that sustainable health comes from understanding the whole picture — nutrition, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and the realities of everyday life. Rather than rigid plans or quick fixes, I help clients build steady, supportive habits that actually last. My role is to help you cut through the noise, understand what your body needs, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
As a first time mom nearly a year into motherhood, I understand more than ever how dramatically life seasons can shift, and how important it is that health support feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable — not like another thing to keep up with.
Now I work with women who are exactly where I once was — freshly diagnosed and overwhelmed, years into the cycle without real healing, or preparing their bodies for pregnancy and wanting to do everything they can. My approach is always whole-person: nutrition, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and the reality of your actual day-to-day life. No rigid plans. No quick fixes. Just steady, sustainable support from someone who has genuinely been there.
I received my holistic health coaching and advanced hormone health training certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have worked with clients privately as well as through digital health platforms, including Wellory. My work has been featured in Poosh, where I share a my grounded, whole-person approach to wellness.
