Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re curious about working together, these are some of the most common questions I receive. If something isn’t answered here, I’m always happy to connect.

Holistic health coaching focuses on the whole picture of your health, including nutrition, hormones, stress, lifestyle, and mindset. Unlike prescriptive meal plans or one-size-fits-all recommendations, health coaching is a collaborative process. I help you understand how food, blood sugar balance, stress, and daily habits affect your body so you can build sustainable routines that support long-term health. My role is to help you build sustainable habits around nutrition, stress, movement, and mindset that actually fit your life.
-
I primarily work with women seeking personalized nutrition and lifestyle support. Many of my clients are navigating hormonal imbalances, PCOS, fertility concerns, postpartum changes, gut health issues, or sustainable weight loss. They often feel overwhelmed by conflicting wellness advice and want a more realistic, evidence-based approach.
-
No. While PCOS and hormonal health are specialties of mine, you do not need a PCOS diagnosis to work with me. My approach supports women at many stages of life, including those focused on hormone balance, digestion, energy, fertility, or overall wellness.
-
Most clients work with me through a three-month private health coaching program. Sessions are held virtually and include personalized nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, and ongoing accountability. Between sessions, clients receive resources and check-ins to help them implement changes in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
-
No rigid plans or restrictions. Instead, I help you understand how to nourish your body in a way that feels flexible, supportive, and sustainable. Depending on your needs, this may include gentle structure, blood sugar–supportive meals, or guidance around macronutrient balance, always tailored to your lifestyle. We tailor the approach to you.
-
My approach to weight loss focuses on supporting metabolism, hormones, and blood sugar rather than extreme calorie restriction. When the body feels nourished and supported, weight loss often becomes more natural and sustainable. This is especially important for women with hormonal imbalances or PCOS.
-
Yes. I work with women who are trying to conceive, undergoing fertility treatments, pregnant, or postpartum. Nutrition during these life stages plays a key role in hormone balance, energy, and recovery. My approach emphasizes nourishment, blood sugar stability, and realistic support during changing seasons of life.
-
Yes. I work with clients 100 percent remotely through virtual coaching sessions. This allows me to support women anywhere while offering flexible scheduling that fits into busy lives.

This work is designed to fit into real life. We focus on small, meaningful changes rather than overwhelming overhauls. Most clients find the process supportive rather than time-consuming.
